Chic wine bar located in West Hollywood, is looking for an experienced FOH manager who is passionate about the food & beverage industry. Responsibilities

  • 1-2+ years of hospitality & restaurant management experience.
  • Must be familiar with today’s LA food scene & have a passion for fine dining & chef-driven restaurants.
  • Ensure operational excellence and manage the day-to-day business of the designated venue; execute the highest level of guest service.
  • Drive sales & manage costs to increase profitability; manage labor cost & product cost while maximizing operational execution and efficiency.
  • Execute training plans for new hires and ongoing development.
  • Assist in the development and execution of kitchen processes and training plans. Manage all exempt and non-exempt staff and maintain sufficient staffing levels; coach & develop teams for success.
